OUR STORY
The Glamour Gloss Girls was founded in 2015 in South Africa by award-winning makeup artist Justine Isaacson Connelly. After receiving the young creatives award at her university and gaining extensive experience on the beauty floor at Selfridges, Justine transformed her passion for beauty and brand experiences into a business that would soon redefine event glamour.
What began as a vision quickly became a movement. Justine designed innovative, mobile, easy-to-install beauty stations offering glitter, face paint, makeup, massage, and grooming activations — concepts that rapidly gained traction with both private clients and major brands.
Her approach was simple: bring beauty to the party and create immersive experiences guests would never forget.
The Glamour Gloss Girls soon expanded into larger activations, including one of their most notable projects: a full glam garden at ultra music festival South Africa, created in collaboration with GHD and Elizabeth Arden. This activation cemented the company’s reputation for combining creativity, beauty, and high-impact brand engagement.​​​​​
Today, the glamour gloss girls continues to innovate and elevate events with the same passion, expertise, and flair that inspired its beginning. Justine has moved back to the UK and decided to bring her passion into London. We cant wait to meet you at one of our beauty bars!
